Manis Custom Builders is a company
that truly evolved from the manufactured housing industry. Established
by Joe Manis in May, 2002, it is the result of over thirty years
of experience in modular home construction. In 1972, Joe and three
friends started R-Anell Homes in Denver, NC, constructing mainly
single and doublewide modular homes in a rapidly growing market.
Joe sold his interest in 1983 to start Crestline Homes concentrating
on modular or system building of traditional homes. A recognized leader in the manufactured housing industry, Joe Manis started
Manis Custom Builders in order to concentrate on quality modular
homes with custom features that until now were only found in traditionally
built homes. Manis Custom Builders is able to do the quality work
that clients want in their new homes as well provide unsurpassed
customer involvement in the design and building processes. This is
all done under one roof in their facility in Maxton, NC. Joe states
that many clients do not understand that when building a modular home,
it is never subjected to the natural elements that plaque traditional
contractors. Therefore, the lumber in your home never gets wet during
construction and your home is completed on schedule without weather
delays, saving you both time and money. Building quality homes is a joint effort at Manis Custom Buidlers.Over
one hundred fifty craftsman are dedicated to making your home their
number one concern. Many of these craftsman have worked with Joe Manis
for years with his past companies. They know that he builds quality
homes and they are proud to lend their workmanship. Joe Manis has also
put together a management team that rivals any in the housing industry
in terms of experience, leadership and dedication. Manis Custom homes are built with integrity. Each project is done to exact
specifications with exceptional attention to detail and solid workmanship.
Standard nine-foot ceilings, optimum energy insulation packages, Low
E energy efficient double hung windows and thirty five-year architectural
shingles are everyday standards on a Manis Custom built home. These
homes are also virtually maintenance free using vinyl clad windows
and doors throughout. You can also custom design the exterior that
is right for you. Whether you choose lifetime guaranteed vinyl siding
or the beauty of site installed brick or stone, your Manis Custom home
will reflect your individual lifestyle and personality. Finally, your new home is also an investment; perhaps your largest, and
you want to make sure you get your money's worth. At Manis Custom
Builders the entire process is driven to deliver value to the customer
for years to come. You can rest assured that when you purchase a Manis
Custom home you are getting an exquisitely designed, fully functional
